16881.1   Welcome all who come here. To our little haven where we rejoice, cry, whine, and vent. Where we pray, hope, amuse and inform. This is what we are made of, all of us individuals with a common bond, Hep C, in ourselves or a friend or family member. I remember when I first found eons ago that this was what was wrong. I researched and posted here and there and learned and grew to find out what I was dealing with. Treated again and again to no avail but found the strength and confidence in myself here at OOB to persevere.  There are so many out there who never learn or have the support we have here. The honesty and uniqueness I see here is why I call this home. There isn't anywhere else where people understand or just let you be your funky, silly, frightened and anxious self with unconditional love.  Your family and friends don't want to hear it anymore, they don't understand. You look great I hear all the time. Inside I hurt. Doesn't help to explain there is no

 

 Won't you be my Valentine?  Will you carry me when I feel weak, will you care about me and others that have contracted a virus through no fault of our own. Will you spread the hope and love so others will take notice and be tested.  Will you pray for all of us going through battle, we are the same as you except for the chemo and problems associated with the hep c virus You should not be afraid of us, because we contracted an illness, we will not give it to you  We are more careful when having teeth cleaned or any procedures where blood is present, everyone in the USA and Canada is aware of how easy it is to spread any virus and we are double careful around our families as well  Hug a Hepper We are full of love and compassion for you and the world .
