What does it take to be a successful and healthy person ?

Most that have been exposed to hep c aren't any different from the rest of the world you see. We are humans first and we love helping others get through their treatment or their decision might be to live as healthy as possible with the consequences. We must take this opportunity to teach other people about hep c, so at least they can prevent any transmission to themselves as well. "OOB" is open to everyone in Delphi.

With any illness even the common cold when you do the things necessary to make it more comfortable for yourself, by learning different strategies and deciding what vitamins and medicines to treat yourself, remember knowledge is the most powerful defense.

Your attitude can make you well much quicker, with the brains ability to actually control our immune system among many other facets of health and well being, it is time to talk to your inner self, meditation, deep slow breathing exercises and focusing on our natural interferon can actually add to the destruction of the virus. Then adding treatment to the mix gives you a much better chance at beating the illness because you are ready to receive healing.

Of course this depends greatly on the fact the doctors feel you are a good candidate for interferon first.
