14890.1 Good morning my friends, The other day I was sitting and looking up at the mountains and thinking of the season of fall coming up that will soon turn to winter. In a way this brings some desire to see the summer continue and in a wistful way wish that it could all be lived again. The flowers popping up to delight us. The soothing cool breeze flowing over the face on a hot summer night. The warmth of the landscape as morning turns into day. And then the thought occurred to me that every ending is a new beginning. And every beginning is a new chance at life or health or love or just about anything that we can imagine. And the progression continues, creating new things every time another phase ends. To me this means a lot. When we face trials in our lives, they usually have a distinct beginning and a distinct ending. " Love Has No Limits"

14578.1 Great Wednesday Morning "OOB" Family ! It's hump day And I'm not talking whales or camels, but the nature of the human spirit that craves love, fun, and total satisfaction in every aspect of life, health comes first on the list . Being healthy physically, mentally, and spiritually is the total package we all strive to achieve in our lives. Completeness and a sense of harmony when all three things are in tune for a better life. How do we achieve this harmony when we have a liver disease, can our minds be supercharged into making us feel better with illness ? I say absolutely. When you get up the first thing we usually do is go to the bathroom half asleep and a bit groggy, well this is also the best time for retraining our attitudes. Look into the mirror EEEEEK ! then smile at yourself for a total of 60 seconds. A minute is a long time to do this and while you hold the silly grin...you will find yourself really smiling. The more you smile at yourself the happier...

 Happy 2014 What an amazing time to be alive, seeing all of these beautiful people affected by hep c , clearing it out of their lives forever.  After all of the losses and we've endured over the last 10 years in our "OOB" home.  Today marks a very important and a very intense feeling of accomplishment, because we never gave up trying.  I am so grateful for everyone that showed their love and concern for me, as I went through six long years of countless shots and pills to kill the virus.  I cleared in 2007 and vowed to stay and help the people that got me through the most difficult time in my life.  There is a wealth of information and people from all over the world that love helping each other make it, I'm so very grateful to be a small part of their lives as well.   "OOB" has always been powered by God, and He has shown us the way.  Thank you for making my life most fulfilling and happy.  Kat & Hep C Out Of Bounds ...
